Great Guards on Oil Shock
This is my second set. Fork guard rubbed against one of them an wore through the neoprene. I haven't had to replace the fork seals as often thanks to these. I also don't see the oil leaking on the garage floor anymore.

Works great
Helps keep most of the dust and dirt/mud away from fork seals & prolongs the life of the seals. Can easily be removed for cleaning.

These are not technically for my bike But they seem to be working just fine and I really like the look compared to my bellow covers. Took my bike on a few laps around my trail at home and had no dirt in the seal. I did not read that they are for upside down forks which is my own fault but read they still work and if they are ordered from the manufacturer they will print the label correctly or leave it off if you do not have a bike with upside down forks

Must have for your bike
I ordered these to help keep my fork seals lasting as long as possible. These are simple to install and very effective at keeping dirt, dust, and grit away from the fork seals. Highly suggest getting these for your bike if you ride off road.

Rock Shox
I don’t know what to say about fork boots. They are easy to put on and they work well.

So far so good
Super easy to put on which took less than a minute. Very durable with over five hours of ride time on the track and they haven't move a bit.

Protecting the fork seals ...
Easy to install and easy to remove. Adds better look to the motorcycle and more protection to the fork seals.

Do you have to remove the forks to install these?
A shopper on Nov 8, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Simple answer, No!
They simply wrap around your fork tube & have 3 large Velcro tabs that attach around shock sox. They are easy to put on , easy to remove for cleaning.
Which ones work the best? The long 13" or the shorter 6" ones"
brian r on Jan 12, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I ride a 2015 KTM ADV R 1190 and had the miss-fortune of butterfly/grasshopper guts drying onto my shock lower and damaging the fork seal causing it to leak even after trying to clean it out with the aftermarket devises. After a $350 repair bill (not including labor for taking the fork off/on the bike - travel to the city dealership, repair time 10 days of riding season, etc.), I decided to try the 6" Shock Sox, that was 10,000KM ago and never had the problem since. Highly Recommended!
I have a CRF230 03' are the 6" better or 13"?
Cortland B on Mar 30, 2018
BEST ANSWER: 6 inch version is fine, but the longer ones provide more protection to fork tubes.
Could you fit these on a bike with a FORK BRACE? I feel like it wouldn't properly make a full 'seal' but wondered if it could be retrofitted to wrap above/below the actual brace. (2005 V Strom DL650 with aftermarket fork brace)
David L on Jan 15, 2020
BEST ANSWER: No, don't use these shock sox with a fork brace. If thy were a lot longer you would be able to cut and stitch for a custom fit around the fork brace. But sadly they are not long enough to modify in that way.
CAN YOU USE IT WITH A HOLE SHOT DEVICE?
Sharon G on Jul 11, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Yes you can! You might have to work the fitment but I have them with my hole shot on my Yamaha!
I have a 2014 kx250f. Do I just simply put them on? Cause in the video it says to take a screw driver and remove the fork guard guide ring. I don't think my bike has those? Just wanted to know the proper way to install thanks in advance.
Chris H on Feb 22, 2020
BEST ANSWER: Any plastic rings around the fork tubes need to be removed. Of course, the fork seals remain in place. If you don't have hard plastic rings surrounding the fork tubes that would end up under the fork socks, just forget it.
What size Shock Sox’s will fit a 2005 Drz-125L front fork?
mike j on Nov 27, 2019
BEST ANSWER: They will as long as your OD on fork fits the guide lines
I have a 2014 Yamaha WR250R. Do you recommend the 6” or 13” for this bike? Thanks
Julie F on Dec 4, 2019
BEST ANSWER: 6” ones works perfectly fine, but the extra 7” is nice for additional fork tube protection from scratches and nicks. I’d grab the longer ones personally.
will this fit a 2017 ttr 110?

is the price for the pair ?
A shopper on Nov 21, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Yes, the price is for a pair of fork seal guards.
Do you have a shock Sox for victory cross country? Not on your list!. Thanks
bob B on Aug 17, 2016
BEST ANSWER: We do not carry these specifically for a Victory Cross Country as they are generally used in dirt applications, but they do have an option in the drop down menu to select the size and color if you know the size of your fork tubes.
