    Not for BMW G650GS
These are supposed to be a universal fit, but they will not work with a BMW G650GS. I tried to use a grinder to fit, but nothing would work and ended up throwing them in the trash. I had previously purchased them for my wife's Yamaha and they fit perfectly.

    $20 down the tubes.

2007 and up yz250 has 1 1/8 bars from factory. My question is are these risers from 1 1/8 to 1 1/18?
    Steve M on Nov 3, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Steve, not sure what you mean by 1 1/8 to 1 1/18. You can buy these riser for 1-1/8 bars or you can choose the ones for 7/8" bars and then choose the height you want. my bars are 7/8 and I choose the 30 mm which is about 1 1/8" tall. The 1-1/8 diameter and 30mm tall should fit your bike if it does list them for yours. they are fairly universal as far as fitting on different bikes and they look okay when on. I put these on a 06 KLR and just recently a 2016 DR650. My only concern was cable length but it turns out may cables were long enough. there are other types of risers out there but for the price these seem to be just fine. Hope this helps.
    What size would I
    need for my 2016 Yz250fx, 11/8 or 7/8?
    Jason S on Sep 28, 2016
BEST ANSWER: The stock handlebars are 7/8", but if you have upgraded to a different size bar, you would need the 1 1/8".
I have the tusk big bar adapters on right now but I need more height. Do I attach the risers to them or swap them out?
    Alex S on Sep 17, 2018
BEST ANSWER: There is a brand, maybe Tusk has them too, that lets you pivot the rear part upwards. I had the same problem as you. Ended up having to rotate my bars forward which was not the best solution.
Does the riser come with top clamp?
    A shopper on Feb 27, 2017
BEST ANSWER: No, it's just the riser. You should reuse the original top clamps.
    09 KLX250s - Will I need longer cables if I install the 30mm or 15mm risers?
    Brandon L on Jan 23, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Usually no. You may need to re-route them, but the stock cables should still work.
    Would i need longer cables for a crf100f 7/8, 15mm?
    Diego Z on Apr 29, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Have mounted the 30mm risers on numerous bikes and quads (BMW/Yamaha/Honda/Suzuki) and never had a problem with the factory cables. You MAY have to clip a few wire ties to get your mounting and turning sorted out - but then you can reinstall wire ties as needed. Given the above I would say that the 15mm riser blocks will work just fine for you. Ride safe!
I'm interested in raising the height of my OEM 2009 Kawasaki KX100 handle bars.

If I get the Tusk 30MM risers would I need longer clutch and front break cables? Any idea what the correct length I would need with the 30MM risers installed?
    A shopper on Dec 28, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I Installed the same height risers on my 94 kx500 and the oem length cables and such fit without binding. You could just hold your stock parts 30mm up when you turned full lock in the direction that shortens your cable the most to see if you have enough slack.
When ordering when they say 1 is that for 1 riser or 1 set of risers?
    A shopper on Nov 25, 2018
BEST ANSWER: These are a very good product. They come as a set, two risers. Double check the diameter of your handlebars.
I have a 2018 Yz250f I’m pretty sure my bars are 1 1/8? they are stock and I’m 6”2im just looking to raise my bars because when I stand up they are a little little short for me and I find myself hunched over a lot while riding the trails just wondering if I should should get the 15mm or30mm? thanks in advance
    landen b on Aug 12, 2018
BEST ANSWER: At 6.2 i would go with the 30 mm but put your bike on a stand and then stand up and hold your hands where they are comfortable and then have someone measure the distance between your current bars and your hands. You can also rotate bars forward for a bit more height.
Can you take a bike that has 7/8 and get the 15 mm riser for 1/18 it’s a rm 85 and I want to put 1/18 bars on it?
    Nathan J on May 8, 2019
BEST ANSWER: I would say no because the perch spacing is different. RM does however sell a pro taper and an ODI brand big bar adapter allowing you to run 1 1/8 bars on a 7/8 perch. It will also give some rise as well due to the design. Tusk makes an option for this as well that I run on an older YZ250 with no issues.
Will it fit a trx400ex (has 7/8 bars)?
    Paul C on Jan 11, 2017
BEST ANSWER: They should fit as long as you get them for the7/8 bar but I'm not sure how your handle bars are secured. Each riser is only secured I the bar clamp by two bolts so as long as that matches up you should be fine
Will these risers work for a stock 2020 Yamaha ttr 230? If yes do I also have to get a longer clutch cable? My dealership keeps saying there's no parts available for the 2020s yet.
    Mandi S on Oct 20, 2019
BEST ANSWER: The part is a universal part depending on what size your handlebars are. I used a set of the 30mm on my 2002 xr400 and there was plenty of slack in the clutch cable to mount them. They put the bars up pretty high compared to stock. I probably would have ordered both sizes and sent one back.
    Will they fit 2005 rm 65 ?
    Justin H on Sep 15, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I purchased them to fit my Honda XR250, but according to the website, they are also available for a 2005 RM65. I have never had an issue with Rocky Mountain in regard to returns, so I would not hesitate to order them. If they don't fit, I am sure you could return them.

    Can these risers be stacked?
    Erika P on Jun 6, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Yes, but it is dangerous. The added leverage on the screws can rip them out, bend them, or break them off. If you need more height look into Rox adjustable risers. They are a bit more money but well worth it for safety and adjustability.
Will these fit a 2017 (gen II) Super Tenere?
    Henry S on May 17, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Depends on the bar size. Standard size is 7/8" but if they are thicker like a Pro Taper size then you would just order that size. I believe Tusk has both.
Will these fit my 2008 Yamaha Raptor 700? Pictures look like it would be a great fit!
    MIKE N on Apr 27, 2019
BEST ANSWER: No idea bud. They don't even say that they fit the 400ex. It says they fit a 450 Honda bike so I took a chance and they fit perfectly.
Would a 33mm riser fit a klr 605 without changing cables?
    A shopper on Feb 11, 2019
BEST ANSWER: It should but make sure there is some free play to work with on the cables first. Most bikes have some extra cable play. Done several bikes and always had enough cable
I have a 2017 yz250fx with stock handlebars witch ones do I need?
    A shopper on May 19, 2018
BEST ANSWER: s long as you get correct bar diameter....and your cables are long enough.
Are these risers good enough quality for motocross? I train motocross 4 days of the week on a rough sand track and want to make sure they will hold up fine. I've grown alot lately and my low bars are causing me to hunch over and have bad form. The $20.00 price tag and not having to swap over controls and grips and stuff is enticing. I just want to make sure that these are going to be up to the abuse I'm going to throw at them and not have them fail me while riding. Any input appreciated thx.
    Carson M on Oct 11, 2019
BEST ANSWER: I've been using these for 2 years on a Yamaha Raptor 700. I'm 6'5" and 265. I ride semi aggressive and have tossed my rig over a couple of times. The risers have never given or moved at all. I hope this helps.
I have a 2009 Yamaha ttr 125le. The hole centres on the bar mounts are about 33 mm apart. Will the Tusk handlebar mounts fit? I know they fit earlier bikes, but read a review where they did not fit a newer bike.
    Michael W on Jul 23, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I installed them on a 2009 TTR125L no problem. They'll bolt right up
i need handlebar riser for my 2017 honda cb500x without modification of my cables do you have one?
    Francois B on Jun 6, 2019
