How To Rebuild an ATV/UTV CV Axle Boot

Details

The Tusk replacement CV boot kit is a direct OEM replacement boot for ATV and UTV axles. When your boot is torn or damaged, this kit will provide you with a high quality TPEE Thermoplastic CV boot that is stronger and more abrasion resistant than conventional CV boot material. Each kit includes both inner & outer boot clamps and Lithium based Molybdenum grease. Boots are sold individually (per inner or outer CV joint) and installation of this kit will require a CV boot band tool.
  • Replacement CV boot kit for OEM axles and most OE replacement axles.
  • Includes 1 boot, 2 clamps and 1 packet of grease.
  • Requires use of CV boot band tool.
