Replacing a bent shifter shaft can be a massive pain. Avoid the hassle from the get-go with the Tusk Shift Shaft Brace. The Tusk Shift Shaft Brace is built from anodized aluminum to give the shift shaft added support in order to help prevent unwanted bending caused by excessive shifting-force, a crash, or anything else you throw your bike at. Simply remove your shift lever and the engine case bolts that line up, slide the brace over the shaft, and install using the supplied, extended hardware to give your bike proper protection
