    Can't Do Without It
Replaced my Swing Arm bearing and I wouldn't have been able to do it without this tool. It made it so easy to remove and install. The tool says it is for installing bearings, but with a little change you can pull you bearings as well. On my KTM, I just used a 28MM 1/2 drive socket that fits against the Swing Arm housing very nicely but is bigger than the bearing when pulling them out. The 1/2 drive opening is big enough for the screw rod to pass through. I used the same (#1) bit from the kit for KTM, to pull the bearing out. Very versatile as it's threaded on both ends. I wouldn't try without this. Beating on your bearings in the swing arm could end up very badly. Spend the money and save the time and aggravation!

    Awesome
This works great. I replaced all the shock, swing arm, linkage, and wheel bearings on our Crf150RB. I had to use some sockets, washers, and spacers as the sizes didn’t work but the tool does. I wish they made a kit with sizes for smaller bikes. I used it to remove some and install all the bearings.

    Looks like a quality tool
I haven't actually used it yet but will definitely update when I do. It was on sale so I thought I'd get it. We have two bikes that will need the swing arm bearings changed soon.

    can't recommend
Bought this for a '06 CRF450x because it said it fit the bike. It pushes the linkage bearings just fine, but then the tool gets stuck in the linkage and one has to find a way to push the tool out because it's outer diameter is too big. I had to heat my linkage and use a series of sockets to get the tool removed. Don't waste your money on this, just use some sockets and a vice from the beginning.

    Does it remove bearings?
    Dedo D on Mar 26, 2017
BEST ANSWER: As far as I can tell there isn't a way to use this to remove the bearings, but that's the easiest part of the job. I've done this job twice on two different KTMs-once without the tool and once with. Both times I simply used a drift to pound out the bearings-with heat if necessary. I don't see any way of using the tool to remove the bearings.
However the installation was so much easier using the tool, I just couldn't believe it. Twenty six dollars was a bargain considering the savings in aggravation and frustration.
Will this swing arm bearing driver work on my 81-82 Honda ATC250r? Also my 83-84 Honda ATC250r?

BEST ANSWER: I wouldnt see why not. Its pretty universal
