These are great and a no-brainer for your tool box ... the leverage of an allen wrench with the Torx end makes these very useful for all the places they're now figuring out to put Torx heads on both my bikes and cars.
Purchased thes wrenches with skepticism, wow! These seem pretty nice! The holder/case has a hinge where it can swing open I imagine to allow for different storage possibilities. I do think it might have been better if they made them to be separated but still a great addition to my tool arsenal.
I have my set of tusk Torx wrenches in my grubby hand! Do you????
Must have set or your KTM's and BMW's that use torx. I have this set in my tool bag that I bring with me while riding. They are really nice and light for how many different sizes they give you. Quality of the actual wrenches is great, the plastic case not so much but thats fine.
These fit in my backpack perfectly! Great for use out on the trail when I need them. For anyone riding a KTM it is great having the Hex keys since they are all over the bike. They have held up well over time and I haven't had any problems with them.
Not only are these here for saving your buddy from bears and working on KTM machines, they are also very popular with Harley Davidsons. I have used these to help me swap the grips on the Harley. They fit well and work well with the Harley fasteners. Nice price and work well!
The only people that need Torx wrenches are KTM riders and guys that steal public bathroom stall doors off their hinges, (look next time). Honestly why do the Austrians use such hardware on their bikes. Eventually you end up carrying tools for the European bikes as well as the Japanese ones. Who wants to look at their buddy and say, "Sorry dude, but your gonna have to sleep out here because I can't tighten you 6mm bolt." Then you add, "I don't think any bears live around here". You are just saying that because you have no clue what bears do out here! That is what you just say to your buddy so he doesn't freak out. If you don't have these Torx Wrenches you could be easily eaten by a bear.... Just think of that while you try to decide if you should buy them.
