The TUSK UTV Mechanical Bottle Jack is designed for lifting UTVs and side-by-sides using a mechanical screw mechanism rather than hydraulics. It supports lifting from either the frame or the suspension and includes interchangeable adapters to match common UTV lift points.

Two top adapters are included. The flat square adapter is intended for frame rails, skid plates, or solid crossmembers. The 1" × 2" saddle adapter is shaped to engage common suspension components, such as A-arms, trailing arms, or shock mounts, allowing the jack to lift directly from the suspension. Lifting at the suspension reduces the amount of vertical travel required to raise a wheel off the ground and improves stability at the lift point.

The jack uses a telescoping body to achieve its full lift height while maintaining a compact bottle-jack form for storage and transport. The mechanical screw design eliminates hydraulic fluid and seals that can leak or fail over time.

The jack is available by itself or with a Tusk UTV Jack Quick-Release Clamp for secure mounting to a UTV roll cage or support bar.
