Radiator Cap Replacement - Honda CR80R Expert

The OEM radiator cap was out of stock at the time of my order so upon research, I selected the CV4 as an after-market replacement. The fit was perfect! I was experiencing leakage past the seal of the original OEM cap, causing the fluid level to drop slightly during each ride. While I have not ridden my Honda since installing the cap, I feel confident this replacement will allow a tight seal and not leakage.

    Awesome part

Very handy radiator cap. I can stand up for a second on a few of the bikes I use this cap on and instantly tell if the engine is running at a good temperature. Highly recommend it

    hold your coolant

Bought 2 of these caps, 1 for my CRF450 and another for my YZ250. Both fit perfect and helped to prevent boil-over during woods riding and hill climbs where I have issues with overheating.

  • Trail Tech Universal Fan Kit

Great fan that will hook up to any bike with a batt...

First off, yes I did successfully mount this to a 2020 YZ450F, not FX and yes you will be able to mount it to 2018 and up yz450 and 250s. Pretty much as long as you have electric start/battery, you should be good to go. Fairly simple setup, some tinkering may be required. I had to shave down the temperature probe with a file for it to fit my radiator. Hooked everything up and it works great, really really cools down the 450. Especially if you get caught up in that nasty slow stuff. The fan pushes out a ton of air! My only issue with this kit is they give you an extra temp sensor probe wire to extend the original, but that’s not even the wire that needs to be extended for you to get the display up where you want it. The wire that hooks up with the fan from the gauge is only about 8 inches long, so definitely not enough to set the display on your handlebars. Pretty sure you could get a patch cord to extend it fairly easily, but the fact that it doesn’t come with is somewhat annoying. Would highly recommend
