OUTDOOR TOYS
I've been riding Yamahas since the 70's and all of them got Yamaha oil. Two times due to budget problems, I used a cheaper oil and within 500 miles started noticing clutch and heat problems. Each time I would switch back to Yamalube and the problems would go away within a trip or 2.

It’s oil
Just as good as any other oil sold on here. Happens to be the cheapest one. I buy more of it so I can change my oil more often now.

I've ran Yamalube oil in my hybrid quad since day one. There's cheaper oil out there but the yamalube is for me.

Is it compatable with a wet clutch system? Like on a crf150f?
William S on May 31, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Yes, it is JASO MA rated which means that it contains no friction modifiers and is meant for use in non segregated engine/transmission layouts with wet clutches.
Can I use this on my 2018 Yamaha YFZ450 quad?
Emmanuel R on Aug 20, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Yes you can. Been using it for years in all of my yfz's. I would only run the 20w 50 when it's hot and run the 10w 40 all other seasons.
Is this oil synthetic?
A shopper on Sep 16, 2016
BEST ANSWER: No. It is just a standard oil. I've attached Yamaha's synthetic oil.

Will this oil work in my 2017 ktm 65 sx?
Alan B on Jul 12, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I've used a 10w-30 or 40w oil for the clutch side oils in my 2 strokes before. Synthetic and non-synthetic. But, I would reference the manufactures maintenance manual first to see what it recommends.
What is the best engine oil for a Yamaha Rhino 450 UTV?
Allan B on Dec 11, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I have used Yamalube in my 1982 Yamaha XT 250 Enduro forever it has over 8000 hard miles on it and is 36 years old no engine issues what so ever. When I had my dirt bike as a kid I used it my opinion nothing better I would recommend it over and over. Thank You
question; can yamalube be used in diffarant atvs models ?
A shopper on Jan 22, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Yes, as long as you use the same weight oil that your ATV calls for. I currently use Yamalube oil in 3 ATVs of different brands. I have used Yamalube oils in all of my ATVs and motorcycles for over 25 years, including road race bikes when I was into that, and never had an engine issue.
Is this the recommended oil to use in a 2004 yamaha fjr1300 with 8000 miles or should I use the full synthetic blend?
Bryson A on Jun 22, 2018
BEST ANSWER: This oil will work just fine. Used it for years from yfz450 to a 2001 R1. Never any premature wear or failures.
Would this be the best oil to run in a 2004 yamaha fjr1300 with 8000 miles or would the full synthetic be better?
A shopper on Jun 22, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I would recommend you check your owners manual for compatibility.
It doesn't say 4 stroke on the label of the 1gallon container, while some other container says either 2 stroke, or 4 stroke specifically. Why? Is this one still good for 4 stroke even though it just says “engine oil)? (250yzf)
Renaud P on Apr 26, 2019
BEST ANSWER: This is good oil for a 4 stroke engine. Just get the proper weight for your bike. I have used it in many different 4 stroke engines with excellent results.
