  • A.R.C. Battle Born Adventure Jacket

    SEAN in CA

    Great buy

Owned a set of the jacket and pants for 3 years now. Daily riding to and from work and weekend duties off road. They have lived through a few falls and suffered only minor scuffs. A decent high side in the mix too. I bought them originally as they were cheap and didn't want to spend big on gear I might not use. Well, 3 years later I'm looking at buying again rather than 'upgrading'. Decent ventilation in the jacket on hot Socal days (too hot for Arizona or Nevada though), good in above freezing temps. Nice pockets, boots fit well over both my adventure and mx style boots. Great waterproofing. Nice protection in the elbows, knees, hips, shoulders and okay in the back. Holds a camel back nicely. Would recommend highly to anyone looking at buying gear for both experienced riders and those looking at getting into the mix. Pants are slightly big for waist size, jacket fits well.

  • A.R.C. Packable Jacket

    Jess in OR

    Great package rain jacket

This jacket is exactly what I expected and works great. I picked this up to go over my roost guard for wind/rain or if I needed something to wear around camp and pack down small. There is only one vent in the back, but it works for what I need. The Fanny pack feature is a little odd, but if you need some strange s, they are built in.

  • Crosswind Apex Mesh Jacket

    Rob in SC

Mesh jacket with armor at a great price

The size large jacket fits my size 42 regular body perfectly. The longer sleeves and tail section work great while riding. I had the opportunity to test the armor while off-roading my GS and found the placement was effective. I'll likely not use the rain liner, but it's nicely secured while inside the jacket. The mesh jacket with the liner removed provided great air flow.

  • Moose Racing Qualifier Jacket

    Larry in GA

    Great for off-road

Will keep the wind and rain off. Used for trail riding. Vents help keep the heat down on warm days.

  • Klim Badlands Pro Jacket

    Chris in WA

    Enduro Must Have

One mean jacket- heavy but comfortable with hip belt to take the weight off the shoulders. Hot for slow trail rides over 60 deg but vents bring temp range up to nearly 80 deg if on the road with vents fully open. Cant beat it for long rides from freezing to 80 deg wet or dry with only a base layer to stay comfortable. All armor you need built in.

  • Thor Terrain Jacket

    James in OR

Not bad but cut way too small in the arms

It's a well made jacket, but I found it was way too small. I wear a large jacket in general, so I purchased the Terrain in XL to fir over my Dainese Wave Pro. Sadly, while the torso fit well, the sleeves were VERY tight, highly constricting movement. As a vest it's great, but I need a jacket. Only two vertical chest pockets, so it carries little. My 1st Gen Leatt GPX 5.5 jacket in XL (with the roll-down brace collar) fits really well - if a bit garish looking - and will soldier on. I returned the Thor.
