    Good value

Feels like nice light weight pants. Would recommend going up a size as they fit a bit snug but not super tight.

Great product! This is a premium product at a reas...

Great product! Super happy with my purchase. Great protection, great features, great fit and great price! Size: I wear 32/33 X 30 pants. I found the 32 size ARCs fit me best when compared to size 34s. The 34s have very long inseams (you will see the inseam of the 34 is the same as all the larger sizes whereas the 32 is shorter in the size table). I tested fit with the liner in and wearing light canvas work pants (call them blue jeans). The size 32 ARCs was acceptable but snug at the hips and waist. The 34s were comfortable at waist and hips. The 34s were just unacceptably long. I went with the 32s in black. (I did a similar fit test with the jacket and ended up with the medium over the large). The pants have great protection - knee/shin pads and hip pads. Two sets of pockets (normal front pant pockets and pockets on top of the thigh). Vents at the hip crease and behind the thigh. The quilted liner zips at the waist and snaps on the inside of the knee. The knee pads have two height positions - look for stacked pockets inside normal liner. The leg closures zip and snap (at the cuff) with multiple positions for cuff tightness. I've been very happy with these riding pants. I have the option of wearing with or without street pants underneath. They are warm and water resistant. Very comfortable. No digging at the waist (I don't have a big gut so take that into consideration). Protection has been great for my dual sport riding. Mobility is good (without jeans on underneath). Combined with Alpinestar Tech 3 boots I have been kept safe from multiple tip overs on rocky NE trails. Even took a 25 mph digger avoiding a squirrel on a gravel road. Not a scratch or ding on me and the pants hardly got scuffed! The only down grade I can think of is the fly is not open for business. You need to drop the pants to relieve yourself. The upside is that there is no wind or rain getting in there! Combined with the ARC jacket there is plenty of overlap at the waist to keep the elements out (the jacket comes down quite far in the back to cover).

    Rips easy/not durable

So disappointed in these. First ride out ripped a hole in the inside leg from a branch. Very comfortable and designed well. But anything at this price that rips first time out gets a fail in my book

    Hammer pants

Nicely constructed pants. High quality and durable. The velcro at the cuff/calf area cinches up nicely around your boot. They have huge vents on the front of each thigh, but are still quite warm on hot days. Fit is spot on, using Klim's fit guide. My only complaint is they are really baggy...especially for us skinny guys. They could have saved a bunch of material and trimmed these up a bit between the hip and the knee. I run knee protection and massive padded shorts underneath and you'd never know, that's how baggy these pants are. If you have tree trunk legs, fear not...you will have plenty of room in these. I typically wear ITB and not much of an OTB guy, so I expect these to last many, many years.

Versatile and comfortable fit. I bought a 2XL, I wear 36" waist pants that are loose, so I could just wear shorts underneath. I live in southern AZ and w/all 4 vents open they still get a bit warm when it's in the 90's. Have not tried out the waterproof liner or thermal liner. Knee pads seem good and hip pads are only 3/16" thick foam. These are a very good buy for the price. Seem well made and look pretty good.
