Everything I've recently purchased from Rocky Mountain has been top quality. Im so impressed especially with the MSR brand stuff! I bought these pants and I've worn them every day as I ride the logging roads in the Oregon hills. They are great! The ventilation is perfect. They come with a tag on them that says "wash me often" and I have. It has only improved the feel of the pants. I love the leather patches on the inside of the legs. Really helps to grip the bike while I'm climbing steep hill. The tough fabric on the knees has been a boon on a couple of occasions now. It hasn't even been damaged by the falls into heavy gravel or sand. Ill buy another pair when (if) these wear out!

Tough pants!
Just like the jersey the pants are built with extra thick protection and they have definitely stood up against some very tough terrain! My last pants (no name calling) had rips after the first ride through scrub brush. The MSR pants have lived up to their hype and have not succumbed to the dreaded scrub brush. I can see getting many seasons out of these. I would like to see a little more ventilation but can live with them the way they are.
