Whether on the track or trail, don’t go unprotected. ATV chest protectors not only protect from roost thrown up by other machines, they can also save you from the pain of that unexpected branch around the corner or that fall you didn’t plan on.
Fortunately, there are plenty of options. Many chest protectors are designed to fit over your jersey, and they are built to look great as well as offer the fortification you need. But not all of them are designed this way, so if you don’t like the idea of obstructing your jersey, don’t sweat it. We also have roost deflectors that can fit underneath your jersey.
Today’s technology enables chest protectors the ability to offer an exceptional level of protection without restricting movement or otherwise making you feel uncomfortable. We’ve got the top brands that are known for quality, including Leatt, EVS, Fox Racing, Thor and many others. Take a look to see for yourself.

Bought because it's the only one I could find with shoulder pads that sit more up near the neck and not just out to the side over the deltoids. It's comfortable. I barely notice it. Easy and quick to take on and off.

I like everything about it, except the weight (without water). Seems a bit heavy for what it is. It is comfortable and seems well made. Tons of features. Haven't rode with it that much. I am sure I will get acclimated to the weight.

Good for the price. It has a lining so you can wear under a jersey. If you're a taller rider it is on the short side. You can always wear a kidney belt to help that issue.

Very nice chest protector. Have owned for 1.5 years now. Velcro on inside was pretty useless after about 6 months but buckles are great. Recently had a decent get off. Bruised up but nothing broken and took a hard hit on front and left side. Overall good protection for how low profile it is.

As others have noted, the connection of the shoulder pieces to the main unit is too wimpy. First time I rode in it, it came disconnected. I've fixed it with a zip tie, but for the price we should not have to patch it together.
