Can't even tell it's there. I use a Leatt neck brace 5.5. It remains in its low profile. I've used other chest protectors "outside the jersey" and they have cause my neck brace to ride up into my helmet. This does not cause that. Airflow is great and comforting during those hot motos. One of the best purchases I've made on protective gear. Bear in mind that the coverage is smaller than an over the jersey protector.
