Make your most important piece of gear your favorite piece with our selection of Bell street bike helmets. You know that a helmet should be replaced after any impact, but did you know that the soft materials inside the shell deteriorate over time? That means a new helmet every five years to insure the safety they're designed to provide.
Bell has been a household name for motorcycling since they produced the first full-faced helmet in 1966. For over fifty years, Bell has set the standards in quality helmets. We offer a full line of Snell & ECE approved Bell motorcycle half-helmets for light, open protection in short city jaunts, and for ample protection on the open road. We also provide an excellent selection of three-quarter, full-faced, and modular helmets. With colors ranging from basic neutral to Hi-viz, let Bell help you protect your most valuable asset and look good doing it.

I'll admit it. I've been known to compromise on some gear in order to achieve the same goal and to save a few bucks. Premium helmets cost a grip of cash, and your discretionary income varies on a lot of things. I get it. You'll get no judgment from me. Shoei is a premium helmet that commands premium pricing. What you get in return for those hard earned dollars is a fit and finish that is unparalleled (except for Arai perhaps), ventilation that works, and a helmet that is built to last. My Shoei NeoTec is entering its 7th year of service and is as solid as the day I bought it. After a couple of months and a thousand miles in the Hornet X2, I have no doubt that this helmet will stand the test of time. It is very similar to the NeoTec and other helmets in the Shoei line in fit, finish, and function. It just works. Your nugget is arguably the most important thing you protect while riding. If you have the means to get one, it'll be worth every penny should you ever have to put it to the test. If you don't, the comfort and build quality alone will be enough to warrant the price of entry.

I love the helmet but I should have gotten the x-large. All my dirt bike helmets are large , but this large seems very tight on my head.

the concept is awesome. however, everything is exactly as they say 3 helmets in one. the detachable lower half is a real pain in the back side to release... all other parts are flawless. I've had 2 other scorpion helmets ... the evo 250 and the fullface version too. the weight difference is so much better. but the sizing is off for this helmet. i took and xl in old style and on the covert x seems loose.... i would suggest one size down. i use scullcandy indy evo pods will riding straight pipe harley..... i can hear music just fine and the chin straps apply enough side pressure to keep them in ear even in half shell mode.i did notice that previous version air vents circulate air better though. all in alll would purchase again
