Firstgear has taken a big leap forward and done a complete redesign of their Kilimanjaro Jacket. With the new Firstgear 37.5 Kilimanjaro Jacket you’re looking at a technical outer shell with complete waterproofing, a full set of armor, and a level of technicality that rivals much more expensive adventure jacket options.

The biggest change to the Kilimanjaro is the fully integrated 37.5® barrier that’s responsible for both waterproofing and breathable ventilation. In conjunction with several zippered vents around the jacket, breathability and comfort cover a surprisingly wide range of temps. So with the right setup of layers the Kilimanjaro is one of the best options for year-round riding, or at least close to it.

Material quality and construction is the high level typically found from Firstgear, and the slightly large American cut is also classic Firstgear. But, the 37.5 Kilimanjaro does have plenty of fit adjustment to hold the D3O armor in place and make the jacket ideal for your type of adventure, touring, or dual sport riding.
