I had the 6.5 before and it was a bit too restrictive for what my riding style. I am using this for BDRs and DS rides. Its a great fit and allows for some ventilation without sacrificing some protection.

Works great for beginners or around the yard fun time but isnt going to protect when your child who is actually racing and competing. Great material and lightweight.

Great piece of protection for trail riding /enduro very useful pack and hydration setup. Its a bit expensive but worth it. Provides plenty of protection and adjustability. The pack its self has nice pockets and decent room for small tools and supplies. One thing I like about it is how very easy to take on and off with the buckles. Im 5'7" 170lbs and it fits just fine not too big not too small.

Just ordered yesterday. I have borrowed one several times and finally decided to purchase. I have three other options to choose from but the Leatt is so comfortable and protective.

I absolutely love the chest protector It doesn't rub my chest raw It fits great The only draw back is the color on the shoulder steps really sucks. But either sew them or I just gorilla taped mine. The straps did last 1 season before failing and again it's just the Velcro they use You can also choose to wear a atlas neck brace or not because of the removable panels which is pretty cool
