    Light Weight Gortex

Finally a light weight full Gortex riding jacket. We need more options from Klim like this. I do wish it had more ventilation.

Stop looking at it and just buy it!

This is a solid product! I have no complaints and 100% recommend the product line. It is warm on cold days and the vents work well enough on reasonably hot weather. (90s). Very durable and comfortable.

    Nice jacket overall

Fits great and keeps me warm on cool rides but not as warm as my lined jacket. Would be nice if it had arm vents. The chest pockets vent well when you open them but then you loose your storage in them.

    MSR Cryomesh ADV Jacket Breathes!

I have about a dozen rides now with my MSR Cryomesh ADV Jacket. It definitely flows air in the Chest and Arms, key areas to help you stay cool! It appears to be quite well made, design, materials, stitching and included armor. Chest armor is a bonus! Plenty of storage pockets and external compartment for a hydration bladder is perfect. Purchased the grey jacket in medium for the Arizona sun. Hoping it still performs well for me in 100*+ weather! Well done MSR, a jacket designed by riders for riders!

Great, but arm room is too tight

Quality of construction is great. Value is great. However, I have to question the fit. I am 6", 210 pounds, and got an XL. Body fit is great, as is arm length (typically too short), but even with my twig like arms, the jacket felt really bunched up at the arms when even slightly bending my elbows. Remove the inner warmth liner and all is well. I will be exchanging for an XXL, to see if that works, otherwise I need to tru something else. I cant speak to durability, protection or weatherproofing, as this jacket has only been test fit at home. Ill edit later after actual use.

    Not for me.

Jacket comes as a three layer, outer shell, thermal liner and waterproof liner. Each separately are easy to get on and off but if you are wearing all three layers ii is difficult to remove the jacket as the inner layers have small wrist openings and want to come out of the shell as you remove the jacket, basically turning inside out. My other complaint is that the neck opening is pretty large and combined with the stiff collar creates a void for air to flow into the jacket. You could fix by wearing a neck gaiter. Aside from that the quality appeared good, size large fit well, I am 5' 11" weighing about 165 lbs with 40 inch chest.
