  Good pant for the price point

  These pants feel like they are up to the the job of protecting me from the elements. Minimal armor in the knees, none in the hips where you need them. I like the abrasion resistant patches on the knees but I don't like the pockets. Waterproof pockets are on top of the thigh and are too small for a large phone but OK for a wallet. The regular side pockets keep everything right in your crotch. Sizing is spot on if you want them to fit like jeans. I recommend going a size up if you plan on not riding commando. Vents are minimal and the forward facing top vents are small and might allow airflow while standing but probably not while sitting on a bike. Have not tried them yet, however.

  Loved them, very satisfied.

  First of all, I ordered on Tuesday and got them on Thursday, pretty good. I wear a 34 pants and ordered a 34 and they fit perfect, I am very satisfied with them, they are a lot more comfortable than I expected. I opened the vents up to see how they worked and venting was good, I stood up to see if I could get more venting and there was a nice cool breeze that cooled me right down. Only thing I can see, is that they could use another pocket.

  Good pants.

  Used dailey for commuting and just play riding. Like the jacket have been keeping me dry! Stitching on one pocket was not so good but not hurting them. I dont like the tiny zippers on the pockets. The waist adjustment buckels at times dig into my hip bones. Do not like the placement of those. Also the knee armor floats around a lot but are in place as long as im sitting but i do not use motorcycle boots. Im sure that would help with that. They are very warm in cold. They are hot in hot weather but i expected that. They have been perfect for my dailey commute. Rain cold or shine.

  MSR Legend OTB pants Rock!

  The Legend OTB pants are well constructed, material, stitching and attention to details are well thought out. Sizing is spot on, not too tight or baggy. The waist ratchet strap and side waist adjusters work well. The thigh vents let in a decent amount of air at speed. I really like the lower leg zippers, velcro and snaps makes it easy over my Forma boots. Durability we'll see about over the summer. Really wish theyd make this in a ventilated/mesh material would be perfect for Arizona summers! Well done MSR!
