A good product, works well as a "handsfree"
I like this thing. I drink a LOT more water whether riding or racing off road. If you make it so it stay in your mouth it gets mildly annoying but I got used to it quickly. I also used to tend to clench my teeth while racing and now don't because this thing is in the way so helped me relax a bit.
