I had to wait before I could write a review on my purchase of the Nelson Riggs 2pc rain suit. Well the fit was good but the pants were a little bit long but that didn't cause any issues, the jacket was a good fit it draws at the waist and the wrist cuffs the zipper had a tape type extra flap that did really well at holding out the rain. Now the storm I rode out was quite heavy many cars were pulling to the side and I just kept it rolling for around a half hour. When I stopped to take the rain gear off I was surprised at how dry I was underneath. I think I'm the future rain that hard I'll just stay stopped at the nearest overpass unless for some reason I just have to keep pushing it on through. At least I now know that if I absolutely have to keep pushing on I can and I'll be dry too when I get to my destination within reason anyway. Well made suit nice fit and heavy enough material that this suit is going to last me. I wouldn't have any problems recommending this purchase to friends an

Holds back water very well. Only issue I have is with the zippers on the bottom of the legs that keep catching the fabric.

Great lightweight shell for rain or cooler days.. the earlier reviews and comments about size are spot on. I wear an XL in all other motorcycle jackets except this one.. I ordered a large and it fits perfectly

Bought this as a backup for a 5 day trip to Baja. On Day 2 it rained the entire day. We were on and off the bike a lot to pick up bikes and make it through. The pants are not worth it at all for riding. Didn't make it 2 hours without ripping to shreds. The jacket was good though. It made it the whole day, and I actually ended up wearing it as a wind breaker for the rest of the trip. Would recommend the Jacket as 4 starts and the pants as 1. Based on the price though, I got what I needed out of them.

It's rad! Just enough warmth, great on the dirt bike, great on the mountain bike!

Durable and well ventilated. It's very baggy, so order the size you normally wear in a jersey and it will work well over your protective gear. The material it's made out of is pretty thick, so it's packable, but not really small. I'd say you can squish it into a size of a 1.5 L (~1.5 quart) or so.
