I was looking for a non hydro pack that was small, and solid for carrying my phone and some water bottles when I would be riding trials. My other "small" hydro pack was to big. This is a perfect size, well made, and exactly what fitted my needs. I am not using the pack as a hydro pack, never intended to, but there may be a need, and since I left the bladder in place, I would just need to connect the hose.

Love this pack. Have been wearing it for several hours long rides and forget it's even there. It can fit more than needed comfortably.

This bag was my constant companion for a week long 2,500 mile motorcycle journey with a combination of camping, motel stays and off-road use. Really like the chest pockets for storing earplugs, sunscreen, lip balm and usb battery for the GoPro. I'd give it 5 stars, but the magnet is too small a target when you are fully geared up, so you end up just stuffing the tube under the sternum strap. I'd also like to see an insulated compartment for the bladder, but I'm sure that feature is beyond the price point of this pack. Like that this bag will hold a 3liter hydration pack stuffed full of ice and water.
