  I thought they'd be stiff out of the box, but they weren't. Took a few days to "feel" the pegs though. I've only used Gaerne boots! Last pair of SG 10's lasted 10 years on brutal Colorado trails. Still have them for loaners or for teaching people to ride Best boots PERIOD

  Comfortable boot

  Comfortable right out of the box. I like to trail ride and a full motocross boot seems to limit movement. Clearly doesn't offer as much protection as a full boot but I am not in competition so they work great for me.

  These boots are awesome-super sturdy, well-made, and provide great ankle support for our young rider. They were easy to break in and offer solid protection without being too stiff or bulky.   Impressed with the first try!

  5 star out of the box! Love the tight fit around the back of the lower ankle, the inner sleeve fits comfortably. I am glad I watched the video and ordered a half size smaller than my tech 7's. Next test the trails a day tracks!!!
