I have used this brace for years with riding my bicycle. I have arthritis in my wrist and you can block wrist extension to the range you want and protect your wrist while still having use of the hand without anything obstructing the palm of your hand. It is comfortable to use and very durable.

Work well enough
These work great as long as you can get them into your ears right. They are a little hard to get them in just right. But once you do they work very well to keep the wind noise to a minimum.

Hot, not very breathable and I'm not a fan of the forearm straps. Since they cross the forearm and not criss-cross they slide around a lot. Especially on impact!

Lightweight good airflow
Love this armor shirt. I use it for adv riding, and used it on the WABDR. It has great air flow (I pulled out the chest armor) and I like that it zips open and easy to peel off. I chose this plus a cheap jersey to rock for BDR since a regular jacket is just way too hot. This worked great and kept airflow to a maximum. Just a heads up there are super small. In riding jackets in an XL. I had to get the XXL. But overall for the money it's a great buy.

I Dont ride without it!
Excellent protection in a super light weight package. I mean after it warms up, you dont even feel it. The usual "top quality" you get from Leatt stuff. Just a bit pricey, but so is a trip to the ER.
