These are so good and I was surprised how much I liked them. When I am at the track or if I do a trail ride I never want to eat but these filled me up and were pretty good. I also eat them at home sometimes. I heat one up as a dessert if I am tring to be healthy!Read All Reviews

These seem to really be helping me. Lookup the studies about "Salty Sweaters", navigate past the hipster sweatshirts that say "salty" and youll see that many people loose sodium at a far more rapid rate than the average. So if you find that you are cramping up and youre doing the same regimine as your friends who arent having the problem, you may benefit from more electrolyte. The only thing I don't like about the pill form is that you cant take it without stopping take on a really long ride or race. I will likely end up emptying the pill into my water pack along with some ryno carb supplement.Read All Reviews
