  Kept the chaffing off the back of my knees from braces. Can't ride without the now! Had an old pair that got holes in the sock so I cut the sock part off and still have a nice pair of calf protectors for under braces.

  Socks work good. I mean they're socks lol, they do what they are advertised to do. If you ride off-road for 6-8 hours they will be just as wet and stinks as any other sock. They are tall enough to prevent boot run which is all I was looking for. Feet get hot when out for hours no matter what you are wearing.
