Fit and finish isn't what I would have expected from a Klim product. The faceshield doesn't fit flush to the helmet seal when closed all of the way leaving a two or three mm gap. It also does not match the incremental open detents correctly either. Yes it's installed properly. I should have went with the transition lens shield instead.

Super easy to replace. Fit was perfect. Would definitely buy again. Rocky mountain atv is the best place to order anything from.

The best. We were worried about buying these because of the cost. These things are so bright!!!! Worth every single penny. Don't a 24hr race in the dark, these light everything up!! We bought 2, 2 packs- one for the bike one for the helmet. It was incredible!!!!

I used this light at the 2025 Gut Buster 24 hr race and it was worth every penny. At first I was hesitant about spending the money on it because I already had headlights on my bike (ThumperJockey 3000 kit) and those headlights are actually very good by themselves. I could have done the race with just those. But having this helmet light was an absolute game changer. Being able to turn my head to look further into corners was awesome. The build quality is top notch. I actually saw multiple Tusk headlights on the trail that had been knocked off of other peoples helmets due to their mount breaking. I had no such issue with this light! Next year I will make sure everyone else on my team has this light as well. It is that good. The only negative aspect of any helmet light is that when riding in heavy dust, it can be a bit blinding. That is when you rely on the headlights mounted to the bike. I would turn my head slightly to the side in order to avoid being blinded by the dust during those sections of track. But the pros definitely outweigh the cons.

Installation of these slightly thicker Arai XD4 cheek pads resulted in a more comfortable, snug fit and secure feeling for this rider. We also replaced the stock helmet liner for this brand new XD4 helmet (XS), which also helped the fit, and the rider gave the resulting fit a thumbs-up after a week of daily road trips (1500 miles on pavement).

Literally a snap to replace the stock helmet liner with this slightly thicker Arai liner for our brand new Arai XD4 helmet (XS). Coupled with slightly thicker Arai cheek pads, and the result was a much more comfortable, snug fit and secure feeling for the rider.
