The pack is so perfect for trail rides, would give 5 star but my only gripe is the chest pockets *barely* fit an average size phone if you take the case off, and squeeze the zipper around it, which is super annoying. I dont understand why they didn't just increase the chest pockets size a hair bigger. Also pretty pricey comparatively. Other than that its super nice and the hydra pack is high quality.

Excellent product. Fits great in my MSR ADV jacket. It has been with me on many trips and has held up to the off-road riding

Nice bladder, I needed a replacement bladder for my klim pack but Rocky was out of stock. Hydrapak makes this bladder as well as the klim and a few others so its compatible with various packs. Few dollars cheaper as well!

I originally packed my tools to save space, but they were hard to find and easy to lose. I usually avoided using my motorcycle tool kit because of the hassle. The MSR pouch lets me lay everything out so I can see everything at once, which makes a huge difference. The magnetic strip is great for keeping nuts and bolts together, although it sometimes sticks to the tools as well. Overall, this setup has made my motorcycle tool kit much more usable.

Switched to this hip pack + the hands-free system from a backpack style hydration pack and wish I would've made the change sooner! It's great not having the straps around my shoulders and chest, having airflow over my back, and not having to search for my hose when I want to take a drink. I've been much better about managing my water intake during races since switching to this system.

This is an outstanding pack if you prefer a hip pack over a back pack. 1.5L of water capacity, plus enough storage for your necessities. I use mine weekly, and it's holding up very well.
