I finally had a chance to use it this weekend. temps were low enough to warrant a warm jacket. I used this Jersey with my under shirt, a tee shirt to be exact. I didn't feel any cold wind or a chill coming through the jersey at all. This item worked just as advertised, very good cold weather jersey.

I like that it's not mesh style
Really nice jersey and it's hard to see in the photos but it's not a mesh style jersey which I really like as that give you a bit of moisture resistance from the outside and cuts the wind a bit when riding on cooler days where full mesh would just be to cool.
