Rib protection
Excellent coverage. I needed rib protection after a bad crash. This provides that and it's comfortable. It is hot, but no hotter than the other one i was wearing(not when I crashed???????). I wear a WLF vest over it without issue, not with the shoulder pads though.

Pretty good!
Overall it's pretty good, easy to put on and light weight fabric. I wore it over a wicking undershirt with a jersey and a light jacket over it and it was just fine, I didn't really think about it on the ride. I would give it like a 3.7 but I only gave it three stars for three reasons. 1) The arms are super tight. I'm 5'8" 165 lbs and I got small/medium. it's tight in the arms and long and somewhat baggy in the torso. It will stay tucked in though. 2) The padding isn't super nice, I replaced the elbow pads with some more supple ce rated ones and took the roost protector out. 3) The zipper is stiff and bunches up.

Vet rider 6' - 195lbs and wear the M/L size. Fits is great with good adjustable straps. Wear it both under and over jersey. No movement or rubbing when riding and do not even notice it once on the track. I recommend it for fit end CE protection front and back.

Excellent protection
This is a well made high quality protector. The protection seems very substantial, but overall I'd call it pretty light for what you get. I am 5'11", 172lbs. The med/lg fits just about right.
