A tad heavier than the H41. Sound quality is better than the H41 for talking to passengers and listening to music. Definitely not like Beats or Monster headphones quality when listening to music, but good enough for me. The weight doesn't bother me. Microphone is easier to adjust than H41. Great product. Very expensive when purchased with cables is the only drawback.
