I installed the S3 Extreme Enduro head on my 2023 GasGas EX300 mostly on a whim because I found it cheap. After riding with it for a while, Id absolutely pay full price for it. I ride mostly Tennessee/Kentucky single track: roots, rocks, slick climbs, ruts, and slower hard enduro style terrain. The biggest thing the S3 head did was make the power more usable everywhere. It didnt make the bike feel slower, just smoother, more controlled, and easier to hook up. Traction improved noticeably, especially on slick terrain and technical climbs. The bike still lugs incredibly well, but the hit is more linear and predictable. I get less wheelspin, less fatigue, and the bike feels easier to ride fast for longer. It also made the map switch much more noticeable. The mild map became extremely controllable, while the aggressive map actually feels aggressive now. For the kind of riding I do, this has been one of the best bang-for-the-buck mods Ive done to the bike. I reused my stock head o rings as they were in good shape too
