  Great pads but?

  So far so good. I think they should of put more coarse teeth on velcro latching. Only reason I did not give 5 stars was because of that assuming that they would get more life, but might frey they catching velcro faster. Maybe the boys at 7 figured out the right mixture. Definitely quality though. Great pads for the price.

  Obscenely stiff "premium" pant

  Really stiff material. Not what I usually associate with premium Seven gear. They also lack a leather inner knee patch to guard against heat or pipe burns. Bought this for my 12 year old son (5'-5", 114 lbs, 27" waist) and the fit is great and they look good. Would be 5 star if the above issues weren't issues. For the price I'd expect a little better.
