If installed correctly, they are perfect!
I laced up a set of warp9 wheels with these and they have held up great! As long as you true the wheel correctly, and tighten the spokes to the correct torque you shouldn't have any issues!

not as solid for excel rim
i know excel rims are better than OEM and that these are listed to work on these. they will work, you will need to be cautious of how hard you HIT some times. i relaced my wheel and these immediately looked weaker. i had to ride anyway and did so, after a couple hours and several hard HITS i popped 5 spokes. if you can get the excel replacement spoke i would do so.

Strong Spokes!
bought this kit when I was truing my wheels and happy I did! they have held up great so far, and I have ridden a lot of rough offroad terrain with them. couldn't be happier with how my wheel has held up thanks to these!

good replacements for OEM
Better quality than the OEM spokes. I installed new rims front and rear using these spokes; they did not stretch or loosen after the first couple rides and did not need any adjustment for an entire season of riding. Can't beat that.

BAD NIPPLES
These are the worst spoke nipples i've come across. The Nipple is a Flat Head screw type so you burr them and then they poke a hole in your rim strip then your tube. How can you expect me to torque down on a crappy flat head. others use an allen key for nice installation. Do no buy Pro Wheel ever. Done.

very good!
Way better than stock don't have any problems with stripping them. Come loose after every ride for first 3 or so rides but since then always tight. Definitely going to buy new rear ones soon since allot of stock ones are stripped.

It says some wheels and or hubs may require drilling for these to work, even when I'm entering year/make/model. Do the OEM rims or hubs require drilling for a 05 RMZ250?

BEST ANSWER: You should be fine. Some hubs have smaller tolerances in the hubs and you just have to drill out the holes in the hubs a size bigger but I’ve onkh ever experienced that with powdercoat. Most stock hubs I’ve laced the pro wheel spokes go in fine
Will these spokes fit the stock rim?
keith R on Aug 19, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Hello Keith, yes these spokes will fit the stock rims and hubs. In my case I fitted the spokes to SM Pro rims that were drilled to suit 2000 onwards KTM spokes and used the 1998 hubs from my 380 EXC, I had a small amount of linishing of some protruding spoke ends as pre 2000 KTM's have slightly shorter spokes and slightly different hubs but other than that I had no problems at all. Hope this helps, cheers Dave.
I have an 02 rm125 will these fit the tusk impact rims?
GABE B on Sep 3, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I bought these for my 04 RM125 to lace up with the tusk rims and they worked perfectly with the rims, however you may have to drill out your front hub to fit the spokes as they are a bit oversized. You don't have to remove much material, maybe the next size up and they work like a charm. They fit in the rear hub without any modifications. If you have any questions you can call Pro-Wheel and I'm sure they'll help you out like they did for me.
On a 05 RMZ250, 9 of the OEM spokes are longer than the rest (both front and rear wheels). Will these be the same way since they are replacement spokes for OEM rims/hubs?

Will these fit a 2005 RM 250 without modifying the hub? The notes mention the possibility of having to drill the hubs with some models...
William M on Nov 3, 2019
BEST ANSWER: You would have to drill for this kit. The OEM spoke width is 3.18mm and the Pro Wheel spoke is 3.61mm.
Will these fit a Tusk Impact OEM replacement rim? I can't find Tusk spokes for my 1991 KX125 that am putting the Tusk rim on.
Daniel S on Apr 13, 2018
BEST ANSWER: You will need to order the OEM spoke kit for your machine. We do not offer an aftermarket spoke kit for that machine.

A shopper on Oct 17, 2016
