    Fits Polaris Sportsman 450HO
First, Rocky Mountain ATV is awesome - I purchased on line and had these within a couple of days.

Second, I purchased these to mount some RZR 900 wheels on my Sportsman 450 after I upgraded the RZR wheels and tires. Extra space was needed to keep the center caps on the RZR wheels.

Mounting was a snap - perfect fit - the RZR wheels mounted without a hitch and not only look great - but also add some much needed ground clearance and stability to the 450.

    I would recommend!

Well made. Do way with the lip.
They fit the hub of my 4 wheeler and fixed my problem of tire rubbage. Only down side is there is a lip in the center that is machined out as a guide for the rim that is too big for my after market rims so it rests on the lip. I will have to machine that lip off for a perfect fit.

Good stance, torque every ride, hard on hubs
Perfect stance, tires sit half in wider than fenders, looks mean, make sure you torque to spec after every ride, are hard on wheel hubs if youre hard on bike to begin with, if you ride easy youre straight, cheers

IF I BUY THESE WHEEL SPACERS, WHAT LUG NUTS SHOULD I BUY WITH THEM FOR MY 2014 RANCHER 420? OR DO THEY COME WITH THEM AS EXPECTED
    BADBONES on Sep 15, 2016
BEST ANSWER: These are made to work with your OEM lug nuts. If you need new lug nuts, you will need to purchase a 10mm x 1.25mm lug nut. Part #1087210004.
what is the difference between the front and rear wheel spacers?
    A shopper on Nov 8, 2016
BEST ANSWER: The only difference comes from the bolt pattern. If the bolt pattern on your machine is the same front and rear, there is no difference.
Do these spacers fit snug (centered) to the lug bolts or do they need extra care in centering them to the hubs? 2014 Yamaha Grizzly 550 EPS
    Paul M on Nov 19, 2016
BEST ANSWER: These are an exact fit for your machine. You simply put the lugs through and bolt them up and they are self centering.
Will I have to buy studs/ lug nuts along with the spacer?
    A shopper on May 2, 2017
BEST ANSWER: When I purchased the larger tires and rims for my Razor I had to purchase the spacers for clearance with the under carriage. I did not have to purchase any extra studs. I did purchase the lug nuts just to dress things up. However a very helpful local tire shop did the work for me. I assume if they had to add any thing extra they would have told me. They didn't charge me for any. By the way, the larger tires and wider stance was a big improvement in the ride and handling. It was well worth it.
I have purchased rear wheel spacers but I cannot tighten the lug nuts because I cannot fit a 17mm socket into the lug hole.
So how does one tighten the wheel nuts onto the wheel spacer?
    Steve B on Dec 15, 2016
BEST ANSWER: When I installed them, I used the nuts that came with the kit on the factory studs...I used the factory nuts on the spacer studs...there was no clearance issues with them.. you can also use thin-wall deep well sockets where diameter is an issue...
what do you torque the spacers and wheels to ?
    jim v on Jan 31, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Check with your manufacturers lug nut tork specification I used this but when it comes to the spacer bolts you should use blue lock tite on them so they won’t loosen but can be removed later don’t use red lock tite I hope this helps ps I really like and I have had no problems with my spacers 👍
Can i put rear 45mm spacers on the front?
    Theo T on Sep 6, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Only if the front / rear bolt patterns are the same (this is usually not the case). Use the machine spec information on RMATV to determine your bolt pattern for proper fitment.
Do these fit the 2016 RZR 900 EPS Trail? It doesn't show that model in the drop down fit menu.
    Cory E on Jan 20, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I Have a 2012 rzr 4 . They fit. As long as it's the same pattern they will work. Get some good lock nuts and new acorn style lug nuts
Are they hard on the wheel bearings ?
    A shopper on Nov 12, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Needed these to space out rims for next larger size tires, on my 2012 RAZR. Worked great, over 2000 miles in desert around Quartzsite AZ. Well worth it as stock little donut tires were poor handlers. No barring problems and I check everything after every trip.
How do I measure the parts?
    Jared S on Jul 5, 2017
BEST ANSWER: There is nothing to measure. The spacers bolt to the existing factory lug bolts and the wheels then bolt to the lug bolts on the new spacers. Each set of spacers will increase the axle length by either 2-1/4" or 3-1/2".
Can i have 1.5 in the front and 2.5 in the back? will that look good and will it effect driving in a negative way?
    A shopper on Nov 30, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Yes you could have different widths in the front and rear. Any time you widen the stance you will affect the turning radius. The turning will be ‘slower’ and the ATV will not turn as sharp. This will be most noticeable in tight trails. If you are doing anything more than recreational riding including jumping or racing you should consider wider A-arms and wider axle which will offer better control and increased strength.
is it better to get 30mm spacers for front and rear or 30mm front and 45mm rear?
    A shopper on Sep 10, 2017
BEST ANSWER: For A 4+4 I like to keep the track even but on my rear wheel drive I enjoy the wider tracking in front and leave rear axle without spacing
How do I get these to work on a sportman with Steel wheels?
    Don S on Aug 5, 2017
BEST ANSWER: You should have bought the set that was made for he sportsman, if not you need to exchange them and get the ones for the sportsman. They are per your lug pattern and it doesn't matter if you have steel wheels or not, if the lug pattern is incorrect then they will not work. I would also recommend buying a set of lug nuts for the spacers as well, if not they tend to come loose if not maintained correctly.

I purchased the Tusk 30mm front and 45mm rear spacers for the 2019 Raptor 700r SE. Does anyone know the proper torq specs for the spacer to hub and the wheel to the spacer? Thanks.
    Brandon H on Jan 26, 2019
BEST ANSWER: 35ft lbs on both
These come with a set of lug nuts and bolts to bolt from the spacer to the TRX250EX axle. I now need a set of lug nuts an dbolts that will bolt from the spacer to the wheel. Where can I find these?
    Brian M on Sep 17, 2018
BEST ANSWER: You bolt the wheel spacer onto the original studs on your hubs then the studs on the spacers bolt your rims on
your product description says the wheel spacers are sold in pairs so does that mean quantity would be one?
    A shopper on May 11, 2020
BEST ANSWER: I would be happy to look into this for you. What is the year, make and model for your machine?
These say they work for a 2018 rzr trail 900 on the rear. From what I am reading the bolt pattern is the same for the front on the rzr trail. I want to be sure that if I order 4 these will work for the front and rear?
    Thank you
    A shopper on Apr 10, 2020
BEST ANSWER: The only difference comes from the bolt pattern. If the bolt pattern on your machine is the same front and rear, there is no difference.
Do they come as a pair?
    Zane G on Jan 27, 2020
BEST ANSWER: Yes, they are sold in pairs.

Will the 45mm rear spacers work on the front of my 02 Yamaha grizzly?
    Chuck B on Nov 2, 2017
BEST ANSWER: They may work if the bolt pattern is the same. but we do not recommend that because when you get the wheels spaced out to far it can start causing pre mature where to parts like you axles, bearings and carriers things like that. the angle when the suspension is full compressed will be a lot more dramatic with these spacers on it.
