More room than I would have guessed

Did a lot if research on a rear bag. Had many soft bags in the past which are good until it gets wet out. Then all my gear was soaked when arriving at my destination. After a ton of research I almost bought the outfitter box from another manufacturer. Saw a you tube video on this one that looked like it held a good amount of gear. Bought one the next day and was amazed how much room this thing has. All my gear plus more from my 4 pack soft bags fit in here and I haven't even used the inside of the top cover yet which comes with a cargo net to keep things secure. Mounted easy with 4 5/16 one inch bolts through the rack on my grizzly. Didn't use the supplied u bolts. Hit som hard trails with it and no rattles. Would have given a 4 if the inside bottom was padded. The back rest feature of his thing is a real plus. On top of all else it looks darn good tool. Like it belongs on your wheeler.

    Nice design, poor quality

The Flexi-Trunk from Kimpex looks good on paper. It can haul reserve gas or water on the outside, and has plenty of room for gear on the inside. A motorcycle helmet will fit in either side. Handgrips on either side give a passenger something to hold on to. These nice features made my experience with the product that much more disappointing. The locking trunk latches are the biggest flaw. Even after years of practice, we have to slam them multiple times to get them to latch, and they have always been that way. Arguably worse, the buttons which release them have to be pressed so hard that kids cannot open them and adults' hands are left sore and bruised. The trunk lids on either side rattle like crazy and can drive you nuts. Since they aren't sealed, water gets in the trunk. I recommend finding a better quality alternative.
