  Fastway Kickstand

  Great impression, bolt on and no alterations needed...

  Bought for a 2009 Yamaha YZ250, and it was a direct bolt on with no alteration needed. Looks and feels solid, and its plenty tall. If anything, it may be a tad taller than Id prefer, but that just means Ill lean it downhill instead of uphill since I trail ride. Id definitely recommend it so far.

  Reduced sound

  It works. It aims the exhaust sound into the ground which absorbs some noise. It also constricts and slows exhaust flow which allows the muffler packing to do it's job and absorb more sound. Exhaust is always a trade-off. In exchange for a quieter 501, it increased back pressure which affected the power band and fuel mapping and increased the operating temp of the physical muffler. I like the trade-off because the 501 is severely over-powered and needs to be held back.

  Amazing Safety Product

  This for sure will save my ankle and pay for itself on every ride. It is heavy but the difference between the stainless steel and aluminium one was only 0.3 lbs since it's a point of contact when the bike falls I went with steel. Fastway makes some amazing stuff.
