The Valparaiso begins with a durable outer shell that is made more durable with reinforcement panels covering high wear areas. Underneath the shell you’ll find the Drystar® membrane that delivers the Valparaiso’s waterproofing and breathability, keeping you from feeling like you’re riding in a swamp.

Multiple zippered vents also help circulate fresh air, giving you easily adjustable control over exactly how much air you get. If it gets too cold, Astars also includes a removable insulated liner that can be put in or taken out when the conditions dictate. Add to that CE rated Bio-Armor at the knees, a pre-curved construction that promotes comfortable leg positioning, and a healthy amount of fit adjustment and you’ll see what makes the Alpinestars Valparaiso Drystar Pant such a strong contender.
