Sitting at the top of TCX’s offroad boot lineup, the Comp Evo 2 Michelin Boots take the best features from the original Comp Evo Michelin and updates them—creating a new, premium offering that improves protection, comfort, and performance.
Looking at this new version 2, it takes several key features that made the previous iteration so great. A Michelin overmolded sole is largest among them, offering very high wear resistance alongside a good amount of grip and traction. Protection comes by way of the PU constructed upper and the Double Flex Control System—a joint/hinge that protects the ankle from both rotational injuries and hyperextension while providing 18 degrees of motion forward and 15 degrees rearward.
Ergonomic features include climate control that comes from venting on the boot’s lateral side, a gaiter around the top that seals out dirt, and adjustable calf fitment that’s built into the shin plate. These refinements really allow the Comp Evo 2 Michelin Boots to stand up against other premium boots like the Gaerne SG-12, AStars Tech 10, and Fox Instinct. And with several new colorways available, the boots will even match your riding gear.
