A lot more expensive than OEM, but they fit and work great.
OEM plates were backordered indefinitely, so this was the best choice to get rolling again quickly. However, they are a LOT more expensive than OEM for some reason. That said, they fit and work perfectly, clutch feel is fantastic, and EBC is a proven, reputable name -- I've never had EBC clutches let me down.

Needs better instructions!
It would be nice if they'd list in the instructions if you line up the cut-out notch on the ears of the frictions, or stagger them sixty degrees like the stock Yamaha ones on a Blaster.

It seems like if you lined up all the notches, the clutch assembly would be out of balance. One ear at six o'clock has a single notch, but the ear at nine o'clock has two notches.

Other than that, the clutch seems to work just fine on both my YFZ450s, in the dunes, with paddles!

Is it okay to use a synthetic oil on this clutch? As long as it is noted that the oil is wet clutch safe, shouldn't it be fine?
Ryan C on Sep 21, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Yes, you can run a synthetic, synthetic blend, or standard transmission/motor oil with this clutch. Whatever your machine recommends.
Does this clutch kit come with the springs?
Daniel M on Apr 4, 2018
BEST ANSWER: No the springs are sold separately. Or you can get a kit with everything from Tusk about the same price - I run those and they are fine - https://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/p/895/3012/Tusk-Clutch-Kit-With-Heavy-Duty-Springs
