Vance and Hines CTR Headers are part of a new system engineered to be 50 state legal from the intake, headers, slip-on mufflers to the new FuelPak FPC. Combination of the headers with the rest of the CTR system dramatically improves horsepower and torque through the entire RPM range. Designed specifically for Harley Davidson Touring motorcycles.
