A little harder to install than I planned. Once it was fit, you have to bow the glass to get the hooks set in the cab frame. The rubber is super nice but adds to the difficulty. I did mine and didn’t have to loosen the roof. It’s good plastic but scratches very easily so be careful cleaning it. Would like to say it’s worth the money but finding cheap parts for these things is unheard of. Windshield is a must on these so glad I bought one. This is OEM!
I installed windshield on my can am maverick x3xrs I took it out for the first time in the mud windshield got very muddy I used water and a rag (micro fiber rag) to clean it off and it ended up so scratched I had to take it off to be able to see to drive it not happy with purchase at all. It was a complete loss and complete waste of 385 dollars.
-m-2013 CAN-AM Maverick 1000R-- It fit perfect. The seals could be explained a little better on the installation instructions. It was very easy to install, and sheds water well. We did notice that with the windshield installed, the exhaust fumes swirl back into the cab.
It fits okay kinda creeks if it’s not in the perfect position it’s not that hard to install honestly but it scratches insanely fast and if you’re riding in super dusty conditions it gets super dirty very fast if you’re riding in super cold conditions it’s a must but I’d still go with something hard coated
Installing was a bit labor intensive until you get till the end then it was just a matter of getting the hooks in right. It was harder because we had a roof on so we had to pull the roof up a bit. Overall we love the functionality of it!
