Best dirt bike, dual sport or adventure bike mirror
Ultra durable, ultra flexible and they really don't get too scratched up even with tons of abuse. Not show bike stuff, but definitely a great mirror for all day/every day use. A little pricey but so are OEM's. The only cheap mirrors out there are the ones that are useless - this is functional, flexible and durable.
Mounted on a 2012 drz 400 after a crash broke off my stock mounts. I do wish they were sold as a pack but hey I got what I wanted in the end. They do vibrate at highway speed making it difficult to see the cars behind you at times. Good for a minimalist rider.
Put these mirrors on my 1090R and I love them. No vibration, good field of view, very tough. I love the way I can easily fold them out of the way when off-road and how they are able to adjust. This is a fantastic upgrade over any stock mirrors I have ever seen.
I was concerned these would vibrate on my Thumper, but quite frankly they work great. They are as solid as all get out and easy to adjust. They are a little pricey for sure, but I've been riding many years and in this instance you do get what you pay for.
These are to mirrors what HDB are to handguards. The best!
Purchased this because my husband wanted a mirror for his endure. Thought he would like the middle size better but wasn't sure how it would do in the woods. He loved it so much he got me one too. He's hit a few trees, and taken a few soil samples, and hasn't broken them yet! These were worth the extra money spent.
Write your reI ride fairly fast in all kinds of terrain and wanted a mirror I could see clearly out of and that is what I got. This mirror mounts solidly to my Sportsman 570 and gives me a clear view all the time. No shake or rattle. It is also fairly easy to move out of your way with a large wing nut to loosen the adjustment points I can rotate it out of the way when I need to lean forward on a steep hill climbs in the mountains and then quickly get it back into adjustment. My only complaint (and this is pretty minor to me) is I over tightened one of the clamp bolts and snapped it off when installing it. I didn't think I was putting that much pressure on it at the time. I just got a new bolt and didn't tighten it so hard the next time. Over all I would definitely spend the extra money on this mirror for the clear view and solid mounting. It also looks pretty good. view here.
I bought the adventure mirrors to get a longer width view over the tock Round mirrors. I like the wider view. Of course this is a personal choice.
The Ram Ball Mounting system is just Awesome. This is the best way I have ever seen to securely mount your, I-Pod, Cell Phone, GPS, Mirrors Etc. I'm using the ram mounts on my 2008 Kawasaki KLR Dual Sport. They work great on or off road. They are easy to adjust or switch locations of different electronics. The mirrors will fold out of the way if hit by branches or you crash. Just pick up your pride, re-adjust and Ride on. I will be putting Ram Ball Mounts on my Goldwing. I can then quickly transfer my GoPro Camera, GPS, I-Pod etc. from one motorcycle to the other in just minutes
