It's okay...
The Tusk Whip Replacement Flag Pole that came in a kit with this flag does not fit well into this flag. I had to sharpen the end of the flag pole to a point to get it to go into the flag sleeve.

Excellent for accessory mounting.
I currently have 6 I've used on mt 2011 Polaris Ranger 500 roll bar. I have the aluminum roof and have used these to mount accessory panels for backup lights and driving lights. I am ordering more to replace the full and half windshield mounts. The only use limit is your imagination.
