Had a damaged and leaky fuel tank on the 2001 KDX200. Used tanks are selling for the same price or MORE on eBay. Fitment was a piece of cake. DEFINITELY blow out your tank before you install it. There WILL be debris in there. You will need to use your existing petcock valve. I did have to drill one of my petcock mounting bolt holes to 5/16". This allowed for the screws to align easily with the tank. The tank also does come with a nice gasket for the petcock. You will need your original seat mounting hardware as well.Read All Reviews

Love the product. Makes it easy to fuel up by not having to worry about my gas cap spinning fuel all over the top of my bike as I twist it off. Also nice to not have to worry about it falling on the ground during re-fuel.Read All Reviews

Works on old IMS tank good with some suggestions from IMS. I thought the cap was too small, but over time the caps and tank threads swell and expand slightly. The tech at IMS said to very gently file the first thread on the cap down just a smidge and that would get it started enough to work. The first few installs and removals of the cap were pretty tight, but over the past few weeks the cap and tank work just fine now. No leaks!Read All Reviews
