  Surprised by what a difference these make

  I ordered the straight drop mounts and have been very pleasantly surprised by how much they've improved my comfort and control while riding. Swapping out the factory mounts was easy. Adjusting the rear brake lever was easy. Adjusting the brake light switch was pretty annoying. I was able to do all three without cutting/deleting/permanently modifying anything -- all adjustments were made on the stock hardware within normal adjustment ranges.

  Poor Mounting Hardware

  Design and fit is good but mounting hardware is weak and undersized. The 6mm flathead bolt broke with moderate effort during installation. I drilled it out to an 8mm and used a hardened stainless 8mm flat head.
