Mastering overall maintenance on a motorcycle is a big task, but filter maintenance doesn’t have to be. Cleaning an existing filter or swapping it out for a new one is an easy way to help keep your bike in top-notch condition. Whether you ride a cruiser, sport bike, or café, Rocky Mountain ATV/MC has the best selection of motorcycle filters for your bike.
Air filters and oil filters – both exist to protect the engine. Air filters work to purify the air flowing into the bike, catching any particles that could enter the engine. The oil filter works the same way, but sifts through the oil instead, catching any residue that may have gotten into the case. If dirt, sand, or any other particulate materials reach the engine, the bearings can wear and precision parts in the engine can be damaged. To avoid this damage, maintaining the filters on any bike you ride is key. Making sure your motorcycle filters are clean and functioning properly is easy to do and is extremely effective. If your bike’s filters need a good cleaning or need to be replaced, look no further. With the proper filters, you can maximize horsepower and acceleration to optimize the overall performance of your bike – and we’ve got what you’re looking for.
If you’re not sure how or when to change your motorcycle filter, or have questions or the different filters we carry for your bike, let us know. We can help you find the correct filter for your bike, direct you to an instructional how-to video, or guide you through an owner’s manual – all over phone, live chat, or email!

Worth every penny. Really opened up the bike and lets it breathe more. Filter feels a lot more secure than the stock plastic cage.

Its pretty much just a basic fuel filter, but it worked perfectly for what I needed it to do. It fits well in the line, doesn't leak, and keeps the trash out of the carb. Tusk stuff is always reliable for simple parts like this.

The UNI filter is much better then the stock paper filter. In dusty conditions the paper filter lets dust pass through it, the oiled UNI filter eliminates that problem. The UNI filter is quarter inch shorter then the stock filter so it doesn't fit tight in the cradle. This might not matter but I think that it has the potential to work loose from the intake.

I wish that I had ordered them earlier. These are a good value. Looks like the OEM filter from Yamaha.

I picked up a couple of these No Toil pre-oiled filters to keep fresh spares ready in the garage, and they make maintenance a whole lot easier. It comes evenly saturated right out of the bag, so you can drop it on the cage and go without messing with liquid oil and gloves. The dual-stage foam fits tight against the airbox sealing flange to keep dust out, and cleaning it later with their water-washable cleaner is way less hassle than using harsh solvents. Very convenient option when you just want to swap and ride.
