Polaris convex rear view mirror

This provides a great rear view, easy to adjust and lock in place with the provided Allen wrench. I believe this factory installed unit on Deluxe Models and up. Its a bit pricey but I am very happy with it.
( This works fine with the Tusk Glass Folding Windshield )

Glass falls out!

I'm on my second mirror and the glass keeps falling out. I really like the look and how it mounts but it seems like polaris forgot to properly glue the glass into the frame. Polaris has a mounting plate on the roll cage of the pro so im wondering if another brand mirror would even work... i would glue the glass back in if it didnt break

Replaced the mirror in a polaris General Deluxe

I ordered this mirror to replace the original that broke at the pivot point during a rollover. I did not use the stem/base since it was not damaged. I just took the screw out of the back of the mirror and mounted the new mirror to the existing stem/base. This saved a lot of time since my General Deluxe has the audio system mounted overhead.

Polaris Convex UTV Rear View Mirror

Nice and solid OEM Mirror. Install was a bit tricky on my RZR since I had a stereo roof mount & polycarb roof that was in the way. If you have the stereo roof mount you'll have to remove it to install the mirror with the supplied plastic bushings.

I decided not to remove the stereo so I threw away the supplied plastic bushings. Fits perfect without them.

Will this fit if I have a light bar upfront or have full windshield? I know the Polaris rear view mirror wont because of the mounting location on the front bar and this looks like it has the same mounting option

I have a 900s, the mirror hangs down approx. 6 1/2 inches. It is located inside the roll cage, while I have a 1/2 windshield, I cannot see any reason that the mirror would not fit inside a full windshield. Regarding your lightbar, I think it would depend on how it is mounted

I have the Kolpin mirror and we got the stereo to go in just fine.From the looks of the Polaris mirror,you should be able to install it too.

Will this fit on the 16 Polaris General with the windshield and hard top roof?

I have this mirror on a 2016 900 RZR with the Polaris hard top roof. If you have about 1" clearance between front horizontal cage bar and underside of turndown front of hard roof, you can mount mirror to horizontal cage bar and mirror will not interfere with windshield.

I am not sure if it will fit your particular application. But I can tell you that it installs on the underside of the stock visor, so if sound system install allows for the use of the stock visor, it should work. Hope this helps.

What type of bolt hold the mirror? Mine fell out...

The instructions refer to it as "Screw-SH-M5x0.8x15 8.8 ZOD" it also shows it as the same bolt that secures the clamp that attaches to the roll-bar. I would take the mirror to my local Hardware store for them to find the right bolt, as they have a huge selection of hardware. If all else fails, visit your local Polaris dealer...good luck!
