In Rekluse’s lineup of full clutch kits, their Core Manual Clutch sits as their most affordable traditional clutch for riders that want improved performance in a familiar package.
The Core Manual won’t give the lever-free operation of an auto clutch or the increased number of drive plates of the Torque Core Manual. But it does have greatly increased component quality from billet aluminum material, better oil circulation/lubrication from a heavily relieved pressure plate, and a much cooler operating clutch that resists fade thanks to the anti-drag steel drive plates that’re included.
You’ll also get a set of springs and precision-sized bolt spacers, that when installed properly, will give you a repeatable amount of torque on your pressure plate and a consistent, smooth lever pull. When you look at everything together, the Rekluse Core Manual Clutch is the pinnacle of traditional clutches, refining the design with engineered efficiency, premium materials/coatings, and an attention to detail that puts performance in front of the competition.
Proprietary anti-drag steel drive plates use Continuous Radius Spline Technology to eliminate extra play, uneven loads, and notching.
Precisely sized bolt spacers that fit into self-locating spring pockets so you get an accurate assembly and consistent spring pressure every time.
Pressure plate springs made from 17-7 heat-treated stainless steel that are precisely wound for the most reliable and smoothest lever possible.
