i love these grips. they grip! and they are smaller diameter than waffle style which means a better grip on the bars. the soft compound does wear out in about 30 hours. im trying the hard compound next.
Only grips I run. Best grips you can buy grey medium
Great grips it’s the only kind I run these are popular for a reason they give you a better feeling of how much throttle you need to give and a bet comfortable I prefer these over the lock on grips everyone is running now a days
Got these as a gift. Boyfriend says that these are the only ones he uses! But this has been the best company/site i have dealt with during the holidays, or at all really. I placed an order and within the same day i got a shipping confirmation! Great for last minute people like me
Grips are a matter of preference... I come from trials bikes and used diamond pattern for as long as I can remember as they are thinner than other designs so they provide a great control and direct feeling, so I like to put them on my MX bike too. I like the Medium compound, it's a good compromise between durability and comfort.
I got worried that I wasn't gonna be able to seat these properly, but they did go on. This grip feels superb to both glove and hand and the medium compound is just tacky enough to grip great and wear well.
I bought my first pair of these grips back in 2004 for a yfz450 and fell in love with them. I was recently convinced to try a pair of pillow tops on one of my bikes. I like the pillow tops, but when they're worn out, I'm going back to these and sticking with them forever.
I really like these grips for MX since they are a small diameter but for offroad and long riding days the comfort is lacking. They hold up well when installed correctly and last about 6 months riding a couple of times a week, good option for people who do not like large diameter grips.
These grips are good quality and are pretty comfortable. They have a tacky compound which sticks nicely to gloves. Their narrow diameter makes it feel like you have closer contact to the bars but it was too narrow for my preference.
I have used these grips for twenty years and I love them.I have tried others and always come back to these..Comfortable, slim and tacky.. ALWAYS USE RENTHAL GRIP GLUE AND ONLY RENTHAL GRIP GLUE!!!!!!!! or they will self destruct!!
I like the feel of these grips and I get plenty of life out of them. The only trouble I have with them is spray paint doesn't seem to stick to it so grips come loose. I'll have to try the Renthal glue as they recommend.
